1. Features a. Chart of Accounts - To create head like cash, bank, list of expense or others. b. Item - To add product with name, sale price, minimum qty, unit and category. c. Supplier - Add supplier details to select supplier name during purchase entry. d. Customer - Add customer details to select customer name during sale entry. e. Purchase - Quick entry form with paid cash, Bank, cash advance, commission, payable etc. f. Sale - Quick entry form with receive cash, Bank, discount, receivable etc. g. Journal - Quick entry form to expense all like office rent, salary, entertainment etc. h. Payment - select supplier to make payment and auto deduct from payable. i. Receive - select customer to make receive and auto deduct from receivable. j. Inventory / Stock -  Auto Update when purchase and sale  Showing red color when exceed minimum quantity otherwise available qty  Current purchase and sale price k. Receivable - Showing amount as per customer to receive. l. Payable - Showing amount as per supplier to payment. m. Cash Advance - Showing amount as per supplier to receive. n. Ledger - Report based on selection of account head and date. o. Balance Sheet - Show balance based on selection of account head and date p. Profit & Loss - Show Statement of profit/loss based on selected date. q. Invoice & Challan - Auto create invoice and challan during sales posting. r. Email / Download - send invoice and challan to email and download as pdf. s. Configuration for user access privilege - Super Admin, Admin and User.
