App for Combating Terrorism

I am the founder of a website called the "Anti-Status Foundation". I created the website to be used as a platform so that anyone operating on the global web can report and disclose sensitive information on imminent Jihadist threats or persons who have become radicalized with intentions on traveling to Syria/Iraq or the land considered to be the "Islamic State". The Anti-Status foundation also reports twitter handles that operate as propaganda hubs for ISIS and known terror groups. Web Analytics have shown an amazing response since our very, very BASIC website went live 4 weeks ago. Over 80 ISIS twitter propaganda pages have been reported and taken down via-self report on our website. Our website is coded so that all submissions are forwarded directly to the FBI, or respected authority body in whatever westernized country a report is sent from. I recently went on a talk-radio show in the mid-west discussing this project I just started. The public response has been overwhelmingly positive. People are happy they can report easily online, and they feel in control of threats posted online or suspicious activity in their community. [login to view URL] Currently, we are being featured in the Detroit Free Press, and after realizing how important this resource of self-reporting online is to our communities and government, I realized I need a mobile-based smart phone application. This is what is more practical, and this is what will spread like wild-fire. While I am looking for someone to do app-development for me, I'm looking for a business partner, who would like to take this type of resource to the next level. I have intellectual property patents pending that were filed 4 months ago for the method behind this madness, and what I've found is that this practical idea can be applied to many many different aspects of society. 911 Reporting, Pilot to Air Traffic Control Tower situations, the list goes on and on.
