Amazon to eBay Drop Shipping and Re-Pricing Software Solution

I need a All in one Software solution required for Drop shipping & Re-pricing from one marketplace to another- The two market places will be [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] to eBay.com. I need to be able to either drag and drop the what ever item I choose to sell or copy and paste the URL. I would like it to function Exactly or Similar to Hydra Lister. I also need a solution for Price Changes The program needs to track price changes on amazon Canada (based on ASINs) then automatically change it on our ebay ca store. If the item is out of stock on amazon, then automatically the listing on ebay will go to out of stock 0 in the ebay inventory. Updates will include prices and stock only. Prices need to be able to have logic defined (for example if Amazon price is £X + eBay price is £x+20%). Minimum profit value also. If the item is in stock for Amazon FBA (only, not 3rd part sellers), eBay listing remains. If Amazon FBA stock is depleted, eBay listing is withdraw (written 0). I want the software to function similar to Skugrid, Priceyak, and Trackazon, etc Please only bid who have experience in making similar to the above already or/and be knowledgeable in these areas.
