However, I can make some knowledgeable guesses - you would need table/data normalization and relationships; some kind of splash form; to have the database split into front-and back-ends; forms for the various data entry you want; and reports to retrieve your data. I can supply all of this for you, with a robust framework of validation and testing as I build it. All you would need to do would be to tell me what you need, and I would build it for you.
