Create an exe installer for browser extensions

I have a crx, xpi and exe and i am not able create a bundled(exe) installer. You have to create an installer and share the code so that whenever I make changes I can update it.
Installer should be able to install extensions to google chrome, mozilla firefox and internet explorer like a malware automatically.
Internet explorer is not so mandatory but it should be able to install extension in google chrome and mozilla firefox.
