Adjustable tool that helps people choose a product(repost)(repost)

Generally the project is to build a user friendly tool which can help people choose a product by letting them answer some questions. Several things must easily be adjustable from the backend, so that it can be used for more than one type of product. Things that must be adjustable: Colors of tekst and the tool itself -The tekst -The number of products that appear -The number of questions (2 minimum & 10 maximum) -The number of options to choose from under each question (2 minimum & 10 maximum) When the user has answered the questions, the right data will be shown which comes from a MySql database which is stored on my the server. Creating an up-to-date database is not a part of the project. We can work with an example. Output of tool : Productname, two optional textlines (no empty lines displayed if not used; that goes for all optional fields/lines in the tool), picture of product, productspecifications (which basically are tekstlines, 1 at minimum & 5 maximum), one (or optional 6) position for a tekstlink to a website and next to that (optional) the price of the product (with the symbol ? before the price), and a banner (with text) that leads to the same website as the textlink. Preferably NO Flash. There has to be a written instruction about how to link the tool to the right fields of the database when the criteria (and questions) change. Further specifications (like layout, hight and width) can be discussed later. The worker is asked to make a suggestion for the layout of the output of the tool.
