App developed

I need an app developed that is similar to snapchat. This is a simple app that allows for images to be stored directly into the app once the pic is taken. The only difference between snapchat and this new app is the user won't be sending the image to other users after taking the image. They will only be storing the images for later use, or for other users to have access if the first user allows access. Here are the simple steps ... Open app, take picture, close app. That fast and simple. The image should go directly into the app's storage for the user to pull up again if needed. When the user opens up the app, it gives the user a choice to either open their image folder to instantly show images, or to take a picture using the camera phone. Each image will have it's own date and time stamp on the image that shows up visible in one of the selected corners of the image. The user will also be able to add more text information to each separate image if they so desire. So, when an image is being displayed, they will have the option to click on a button in a lower corner and open up the keyboard to type. The app will also allow other users to tap into any users image storage if the user gives permission. Permission will be given with a simple click of a button. The app will recognize users by their phone number and will also display any other users that are also using the app who are in the first users address book, once the app is loaded onto the users smart phone or device... just like snapchat does. All of the same features should work on home computers as well as laptops if the user desires. Each user will have the option of adding a business card information into their app and if they meet another app user in person, each of the two people will have the ability to hold their phones up to each other and load up the other users business card information that will be instantly stored. Just by holding the phone up to the other phone, one or both phones will instantly pick up the other users information and a sound will beep when complete. This should happen in a fraction of a second. Both users will have the option to share each others business card information or only one can choose to be the receiver if only one person is giving their business card information.
