design encoder and audio player for MP3 files

I need an encoder to encode my icecast broadcasts and an audio player to embed in my websites that will be able to play this unique code through my player.\r\nThe player will be installed in either a Joomla! or WordPress website. I would also like to be able to encode MP3 files and play them through the player on the website. \r\nthe player needs to be able to play on all modern browsers and portable devices\r\n\r\n
