Hello freelancers. My name is James and I\'m an individual retail stock trader looking get a custom stock trading desktop platform built for myself. I pretty much know exactly what I want and how it should look. I want a stock trading desktop platform that is based off of the data feed provider QuoteMedia ([login to view URL]). QuoteMedia offers dynamic Quote Modules/Content Solutions that integrate into websites. - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Example websites powered by QuoteMedia\'s Quote Modules/Content Solutions: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL]:US - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] As you can see by the above website examples, the QuoteMedia Quote Modules/Content Solutions can be customized with what modules/content to show or not, and choice of layout/format, font, and color. I like the layout/format, font, and color of the Quote Modules on the Regal Securities website: - [login to view URL] That\'s what my attached \"proof of concept\" pictures are based off of/cut out from. I want the QuoteMedia Quote Modules housed inside of a desktop platform. And instead of having them all combined within one page like the websites, I want each Quote Module to be \"cut out\" into its own separate tool/window. Just like the ETrade Pro desktop platform has Tools that can be opened into their own separate window, which can then be resized, moved around within the platform space, and linked/grouped together with other tool windows that are opened. I want the Quote Modules housed inside of a desktop platform to look EXACTLY like the Regal Securities website layout/format, font, and color. Just like my \"proof of concept\" pictures, I want the Quote Modules to look like they were literally cut out from the Regal Securities website and housed within a simple, minimal, sleek window frame. I don\'t know what skills/programming languages are needed for this custom build. I only added those \"Selected skills\" because I see them on QuoteMedia\'s Content Solutions page. QuoteMedia\'s DataFeed is a comprehensive, direct from the world\'s exchanges, ultra low latency, enterprise level streaming market data solution - with all sources of latency removed and data processing fully optimized to ensure single digit millisecond performance. QuoteMedia\'s data streams are tick-by-tick, and completely normalized for ease of use. I would like the coding/programming of the custom built platform to not hinder that ultra low latency in any way. I also encounter many applications that have horrible memory leaks, so I would like and hope for the platform to be optimized and efficient on system memory usage, without any holes or leaks. I feel like this project shouldn\'t be that hard to do because what I\'m asking for is basically already created, the Quote Modules; I just need them housed inside of a desktop platform. I need the project completed before Jan 1, 2015 and the sooner the better. I\'m also looking for a reliable, professional, and competent freelancer to work with long-term in the near future to further add to and expand on this project. Are you my freelancer?
