Advertising selection software for small business

I run a small shop that prints media, business cards, letterhead, and other advertising items for small to mid size businesses. I am looking to have software developed for windows 8 tablet that will allow my customers to quickly choose from basic designs, graphics, fonts, and styles so they can quickly place basic orders that not custom or have very basic requirements. I would load a "library" of items to choose from and would in a sense like a checkout style interface for my clients to use. I can provide futher details but the basic design would be a system that consists of a few screens (perhaps 8) that narrows down the customer needs and eventually checks them out with a price (I provide pricing schemes) and user forms for contact info (name, email, phone) and emailed receipt. Basically I am trying to minimize my interfacing with customers that have very specific and basic requests (not custom work).
