Backlink Building for Local Sports Bar (SEO, Link Building, SEM)

I am looking for somebody to build some relevant backlinks to a US based website (local sports bar / pub). I need backlinks from other US sites ideally directory listings with anchor text containing a mixture of keywords. I am also looking for directory submissions including the name of the company, address and phone number. I require 100 backlinks to be generated. I will share a Google Spreadsheet with you and you will update the spreadsheet once links have been submitted. This is a simple task for anyone in the backlinking or SEO field. White hat only. The 100 backlinks must be complied in a Excel spreadsheet (Google Docs) and updated throughout the project until 100 backlinks have been supplied. Thank you
