Custom Tab needed for Facebook Group Page

We are a small group of Christian lay missionaries. We need a simple, custom tab made for our Facebook Group Page. This tab would be the place where we can tell the group about our mission project, give updates, share pictures, etc. We also need a place on this tab where we can accept donations from those members that would like to support our ministry (paypal link, etc.).
