Custom software for Loyality card, card barcode scanning

Hello, We are looking to someone to develop a application for Loyality card. Just like Nectar Card. Nature of business- Amusement arcade (casino) Here is how it may works, but can be in a different way as depending on how software is developed. 1. customer will apply for the membership card. 2. we will input the data like customer name, mobile no, membership no, date of member in the system (system which you will be creating) 3. then we will issue the loyality card ( card can be one which is swiped like credit card or one with barcode which can be scanned) 4. so each time customer comes to our store either we will swipe or we will scan the barcode for entry and they will get certain points ( which should be editable as per our requirement in future) for now lets say on each visit they get 2 points 5. so once they have 20 points which will be on there 10th visit 2 points (each visit) x 10 times = 20 points so we will give them £20 free 6. customer can only claim 2 points every 24 hrs. eg if they get points at 9 am monday. so they can only get points only on 9 am tuesday. 7. as we have 10 shops so they can still get points if they visit all our shop same day. . which means if they go to all our 10 shops same day they can get 20 points ( 2points per shop x 10 shop=20 points) 8. once we pay £20 card has to reset to zero. so that they can again start collecting the point. this project is to get the full instruction on what you can do so that we can make better system so dont bid more than 30. once everything is understood by you and us we will again post a new project with full details. this is a long term project as we will hire the developer for long term, will be paid monthly to run the system. all the best
