Create an open source license

* You can decide, who deserves a share of the profits

About the task:

Please create a software license to use for the code developed by www.open-org.com. The license should enable the following:

- Anyone is allowed to read the code

- No one is allowed to run the code, other than for the purpose of testing it to find bugs, or to develop it further.

- No one apart from [url removed, login to view] is allowed to use any part of the code in their own code, nor distribute it.

The license will be used for a web application, which will run at www.open-org.com.

In your bid, please ask me to clarify unclear things, and also ask me whether I want to include things that are normally included in software licenses.

When writing the license, you should include a document, explaining why (using references) you formulated things in the way you did.

I do not have any objective criteria for judging the license you write, so I will base myself on a feeling of whether it is good enough or not. This feeling will amongst others be based on whether you use usual legal language, but I have also found some other license texts, which I can compare with. If you are able to provide me with an objective criteria to judge from, then that would lessen the risk of this project going into dispute.
