Backup Linux and Nas4Free to Nas4Free Server Using Rsync and MondoRescue

I need you to configure rsync and mondorescue (or other backup software that you think suiteable for this situation) to backup 1 linux box, 1 Nas4Free (FreeNAS) box and 1 Windows XP Box to a Nas4Free (FreeNAS) server. You will need to create a (bash?) script and schedule it through cron. For Windows XP you could use DeltaCopy or another free/opensource rysnc client. I want a "configure and forget" solution because I dont have much time to maintain the backup. For every backup it should: - keep a log - send an email to a configureable email address if the backup fail You must already know how to do it clearly in your mind, dont use my machine to experiment.
