Amazon S3 Browser upload tool + admin

I require a simple web based tool to allow people to upload files to a specific folder on my Amazon S3 account. There will be two elements: 1) An EXTREMELY SIMPLE admin section (no need for passwords or anything), here I will be able to select which bucket on my Amazon S3 account I want to look at, by using a drop down. Then the folders in this bucket will be displayed below, I can also view the folders within these folders if I want. I then choose what folder I want someone to upload files to and then click the globe icon to the left of the folder, this will open a pop-up box where I can name the link and a url will be generated, e.g. [login to view URL] 2) I can send someone this [login to view URL] url. They will then have a page similar to the uploader on: [login to view URL] They can choose what files they want to upload (this should probably use a flash uploader so that they can choose multiple files from their computer), then they can click a button to start uploading the files. A progress meter will show the current progress of their upload, time remaining and speed. These files will then have been uploaded to the folder that I choose on my Amazon S3 account.
