Actionscript : Customizable ''Review'' movie scripts

We need flash movies developed using Actionscript that will be used for presenting reviews of businesses. (Please see the attachment for an example) We need 4 different themes which the developer should design himself. 4 themes mean 4 different flash movies. Each theme should have its own style on how text and images appear, disappear, their size, style etc.. Themes can have background images and video snippets for better visual experience. The movies including its content (review text etc..) should be fully customizable using an XML file. You can find a list of movie options to be used in XML file below. The movies should be developed using ONLY Actionscript 3. We should be able to compile the script with Flex SDK in order to get the SWF file. (FLA files are not accepted since we don't have a Flash IDE.) For visual effects, the scripts shall use FlashEff library. (We have purchased full version of FlashEff and we have SWC files for each effect.) You may use other SWC or SWF files for any visual purpose as long as the final review movies can be compiled with Flex. The good news is, we already have the script for one theme %50-60 completed. Our existing script doesn't have XML capability. All review data is hard-coded into the script. The script utilizes FlashEff library to some extent already. I am attaching screenshots of the movie created with this script. This script is a good starting point to build the full scripts. We will send the actual SWF and AS3 files to the chosen developer. The number of images can be 0 to 10. The movie should not look bad if there is no images. You can use scroll, fade, etc any effect on images while showing them as long as the movie looks great. You can resize images in the script, or we can resize the images externally. Reviewer Name: (Lyndon W.) Review Text: Some paragraphs of text. Typewriter effect (the existing script already have it). If the screen fills out before the review text is fully displayed, the content should scroll down to create room (the existing script already does it to some extent). Review font site: Font size in pixels Reviewer Image: The path to 40x40 pixel photo of the reviewer The developer should first design the themes and send us for review. We can ask for revisions to the themes. Once we approve the themes, the developer should code the Actionscripts for the themes. Deliverables: We attached a few sample reviews to be used for testing the scripts. The developer should create XML files for each review and test all 4 movies against those XML files. The developer should deliver .AS files for each theme which can be compiled with Flex SDK. He should also deliver any SWC files, font files and images used in the scripts.
