Customer Developement for a Web Portal

We are looking for a freelancer who can work as a customer development professional for our web portal ,[login to view URL] Our student and employer data base in increasing and in this project we are aiming to market our service to all the possible student communities and employers in India. Hence the main responsibilities in this role are: 1. Communicate with student communities in universities/ business schools/ colleges and introduce our service and ensure they register with us Daily student registration target is 10 -15 students 2. Communicate with different local employers, colleges, universities, business schools, IT firms,engineering companies, MNCs and all other possible employers to introduce our service and ensure they register and post vacancies. Daily Target is 2-4 employers with minimum one job posting. 3. Create a student and employer database with the contact details. Format will be discussed with the winning bidder Our target is simple and achievable. We prefer to exclude bars, pubs and betting centers from our employers list as we are aiming to provide job opportunities for students. This job requires good local knowledge and hence only candidates based in India will be considered. Candidates should be able to communicate very well in English, Hindi and any other local language. If the candidate require to make phone contact for marketing purpose , Skype call credit of 2hrs per month can be allowed based on the requirement. It can be discussed. This is a long term requirement; Initially we will offer the project for one month to assess the performance. If the candidate do well in the job and if he/she is interested to continue there is always option for long term association. Daily Reporting on targets and Progress Assessment is very essential for this role. Those who cannot communicate and update progress daily should no apply for this role. If no progress update is given contract will not be continued.
