We're a Canadian firm that is in search for a Permanent Full Time phone agents with the following skills: 1) read/write/speak fluent Arabic 2) read/write/speak fluent English 3) Good customer service skills 4) Good sales skills including up-selling 5) basic knowledge of IT computer services 6) friendly, and fun to talk to 7) hardworking, and on-time Your requirements: 1) stable internet connection (minimum downtime) 2) quiet work environment. 3) a fully functional windows computer (not slow), with Microsoft office 2010 or newer. we'll provide all the training. as well as the physical phone which will be used on the job. only bid if you are a serious qualified candidate. in your bid, please provide how much you expect to get paid for a full time 40-50 hours per week. note for call centers: if you have the ability to offer such a service to us, you're free to bid accordingly, but all high prices will be ignored as there would be no reason to outsource a telephone agent if we can hire one locally for the same cost.

Arabic is my mother tongue language. Received my school education up to high school in private English schools, my 4 years college were through English and Japanese professors, now I live in the United states. Communicating with people is my passion, worked as flight attendant for 4 years and in the field of tourism as well. Never worked in direct sales before, but i know that i m good with people and know how to make them listen to me.
