Data for new classifieds advertisement site

I have a new classified ads website for India. I am looking for mass quantity of starter ads posted to start the website. Please bid on the package based on below list. -60% of ads generated need pictures. -Bid price must include number of ads you will generate (at least 7500 ads required if you can do more for less you will win). -Ads match the category they are placed in. -No spam ads. -Ads must be distributed throughout all categories. -Ads must be distributed throughout all cities (70% ads should be for 7 major cities) Expected duration of completing this task will be 2-3 weeks.
