Access Database Query / Report Creation - Analyze Production Line Start, Stop, and Down times

We have 3 production lines. Each time a production line is started or stopped, a 1 (for started) or 0 (for stopped) is recorded to a database along with a time stamp. I would like to create a report that shows me the following information for a specified date range and for each production line. 1) Total Time On. 2) Total Time Off. 3) Total number of stop instances less than 10 minutes and total time stopped for those instances. 4) Total number of stop instances greater than 10 minutes and total time stopped for those instances. The data table this is pulled from contains information from many other processes as well - so it will be important to optimize the queries for efficiency. The data is stored in a mysql database, linked to the Access database via odbc. For development a sample access database with a portion of the data in tables will be provided.
