I need someone to create a database using OpenOffice Base.
The database will have the following fields:
Location (number)
SaleNumber (number)
RewardsNumber (number)
Email (text)
Logged (yes/no value)
Date (mm/dd/yy)
Time
Notes (text with preferably unlimited characters)
ReferredBy (dropdown list)

After the database is created, I will need you to show me how my employees can enter data into it. I have already created a spreadsheet in OpenOffice Calc where they enter a lot of the data that will go into the database. If this spreadsheet could somehow link into the database, that could make the process even quicker.
I will also need someone to show me how to access and administrate (sort, delete, modify, add) to the data myself.
