Blog post links needed

I am looking for an SEO or webmaster to create permanent contextual links on Blogs. 1. I will supply winning project bid with 5 articles. Each article contains links to three different web sites, targeting 3 different keywords. 2. Each article must be posted on at least 150 different blogs. 3. Report of finished article links in notepad or excel with the exact location of our blog post links must be emailed within 7 days of taking-on this project. - Links built by submitting blog comments with links in blogs will NOT be accepted. - Link and anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - There are no domain restrictions. Dot com, net, info, etc, etc will be accepted. - Blogs written in English only will be accepted. - Blogs can be of any industry, however, travel, photography and gambling blogs are the preferred blog category themes.
