CD Rip/Upload Interface

I am looking for a script that I am implement on my site. Either in flash, php, or AJAX (or a combination of them) that will be able to rip the audio tracks from a user's local CD drive, and upload them to my server in MP3 format. The script would have to implement some kidn of user-side mp3 encoding algorithm, since uploading the data from a CD, and THEN encoding would take WAY too long, so it would have to be ripped/encoded as mp3's on the user's local computer, THEN uploaded to save time. FUNCTIONALITY: The user would be able to put their CD in their computer drive, go to this site, and there would be an interface that allowed ripping the CD directly to 128K mp3's that saved straight to a folder on the server. The site would need to have current track rip progress bar, and a history of the uploaded tracks, and the tracks left to be uploaded.
