Conduct State Medicaid research and prepare a presentation for State Gov't Leaders -- 2

The state of Colorado has an excellent Medicaid program whereby if parents have a disabled child that requires daily medical care, that the parents can become trained CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants), and get paid by the state for staying at home and caring for their child (in lieu of hiring a stranger to take care of their child while they go to work). It's a win-win program for the state, the parent, and especially the child. I need someone (estimated 40-60 hours) to do research on the Colorado program and put together a presentation that I will be giving to another state (to be revealed after project is sourced) that describes the Colorado program and walks this new State's leaders through a pitch for them to consider adopting a similar program.
