Send me a PM of the cost of adding someone as a friend and send me your digg user id, so that I can look at the number of friends you have. I would release payment after the agreed number of friends have been reached. During the process, you would be required to digg a news article to see the quality of friends you made.

HI This is just to inform you that now it does't metter that how many friends you have in your digg account. Because friend will only digg your's when you dugg there articles which will take at least one month to build a good network. IM friends can help you in digg with you can exchange links on IM & they will do the same with you. Now a good twitter profile also can help you to get some diggs for your digg account. I can help you in two things with you can get some diggs. 1. Twitter profile with some active digg users 2. Some IM friends with you can exchange your links & ask them to digg your articles.
