Do easy research and write report about Malaysia government

Hello, I am looking for a native English writer to do detailed research and write a report about Malaysia the only nation in the world promoting racism. Writer will need to do research on Malaysia government executing unfair regulation on certain races. For example, public listed companies share issue, scholarship issue and special discount for specific race on buying houses. Writer will need to list out at least 5 regulations and explain briefly about them, providing an example for each. Besides that, writer will need to explain in details the consequences the government may face for promoting racism. Work deadline is 3 weeks upon hiring.
