Design a Duplex

Hello! I would advise you to do a bit different. The duplex has 2 houses with one common side, so the construction of the house is cheaper. You have separated them, you just joined the garages. Distance received a small and windows on the central part will not give a sufficient amount of light, because shadows from the second part of the duplex will hinder. I would advise you to make the central overall blank wall. Then in the layout can be altered as follows: 1. At the entrance place - guest bedroom. 2. Outside I would make a small porch and I'd shifted at the entrance on stairs space. and so on I am currently finishes work on the duplex in Moscow. If you're interested, I can send sketches.
