Design me a bicycle flash light - prototype

Like the title says this about creating a new bicycle light. But this is not yet another bike light, there are some innovation factors that will make this light unique. I will detail the idea to the selected freelancer. You will need to deliver a 3D rendered project from your concepts, following my idea and requirements. After I provide some guidelines about the idea I am almost sure that there will be no need to draw more than one object. But you should consider to do a few adjustments after my analysis of your work. Since this project is the first prototype sketch, the selected freelancer will have a higher change to work at the next stage of the project that will consist in a more detailed object, to integrate the electronic components, the mechanical parts, video render, etc. That will be a higher value budget.
