Customization the shopping process of odoo v8 for B2B

I need some one who is familiar with odoo v8 to customize the shopping process for B2B users. Functionality of module will be as follows: 1. Hide price for non-verified and non-registered user; 2. Add a “add to quotation” button on product overview and product page; 3. Change the shopping process to “Review>Shipping & Billing>Ask for quotation”; 4. Add a “requirements to product” text field in order review page; 5. The content of “requirements to product” should appear in backend quotation page; 6. Add remove-product-line button in order review page; 7. Exchange the position of billing address and shipping address; 8. Change the “confirm” button to “ask for quotation” button, and only after clicking it, the quotation will appear in backend quotation page.
