Build a Website

Our project consist of creating a Web platform of images and files exchanges with profiles and files encryption and anonymisation. A person creates a profile and uploads a document before his/her profile can be approaved by the administrator. When he creates the profile he choose to be a consultant or recruiter who wants to hire the consultant. A recruiter can upload an image and choose to encrypt it before sharing it with a given person from the list (or map) then the consultant receives a notification, he then checks the image and do some editing (which will be described later) then write a record using an "editing tool", sign it electronically and confirm it. Then a notification goes to the recruiter telling him the job is done, he can ask for a second opinion from another consultant or accept it. It is somehow similar to freelancer but in another domain.
