Dear Lawyers,
i had ideas for plugin developtment and my partners from Vietnam has programmed plugins for wordpress. I want sell this plugins now on international market.
As we know, every software have risks.
I need a lawyer how can create me a disclaimer, which must accepted before user download this and while activation of this plugin also. He must accept, that he has saved all on his webspace and has an backup if something went wrong while usage or installation.
Requirements:
- Studied Lawyer in this area
- Must be an expert with disclaimers and international rights, software right, end user license agreements
I have no Idea, what is the requirement of this job. But you will know this.
I need a finished disclaimer. You must have the ability to furnish proof your finished exam and your experience.
I think, for an expert is topic this fast solved. I thnik there are templates available with modifications. If not: Bad for me.
