Blog-type like website with some additional features

I want a complete blog-type like website. I have added 2 PDF file of how the website is roughly structured. On the Home site, you can see on the left site a Blog. I can write new blogs, edit, delete them (like normal blogging) and normal user can comment on each blogs if they want. I can include pictures and edit comments. (Perhaps Wordpress would be fine). On the right site there are some boxes, where I can write some stuffs, add links, etc. That´s it. The "Lifestyle" Site is built up same as "Home" Site. On the Lifestyle site there is on the left site a blog and the right site remains same like Home site. The Button 4 Site is built up also same, Blog on left site, rest same on right side. The Button 3 Site contains a list from A - Z. When I click on on a word in a list such as "M - Microsoft", then a layer will open and on the same time a new tab. In the layer there will be some information about "Microsoft" and the new tab there will be a redirection to the Microsoft site. So you understand how the list is built up.
