Cell Phone Cover design, manufacture, license and fufilment

Hi, I am designing a cell phone cover for the iphone . I have the drawings and spec's already completed. I need a partner to make the mold for me so that the cover can be manufactured. My initial thought was to have the molds made overseas and then bring the molds to the US and There would be three molds needed. I also could potentially need assistance in the sourcing / production process of the covers themselves as well as packaging etc. I selected a lower budget range but understand that molds vary in price in relation to quality so please just put your highest quality, best bid forward.
