Design me a Product

Hi Dan, Thanks for the brief. I have extensive product development experience especially in electronics and control systems. My bid is to produce a design for the product and one working prototype for evaluation. Transitioning the prototype to production designs has not been allowed for. A few questions and thoughts, Moving the pram a few wheel rotations is roughly 500mm or so (depends on the whels of course) but it suggests that the pram brakes are unlocked which is probably a risk. Would it be acceptable to just rock the proam at a sufficient amplitude to give the same effect? What sort of manufactured costs are you aiming at?
