Dear Hiring Manager, The requirements you have mentioned are nowhere any near to the actual budget which it should be. At least my experience in more than 150 projects can't accept this fact that someone can give you what you require in the mentioned budget range (or even lesser than $3000). Those who place less bids than this, in my view are just time pass and nothing else. Every commercially desired prototype needs special thinking, in manufacture point of view. And the device you are demanding is one of those. I have only explained my thinking regarding this project, it might be possible that I am wrong (but up to my knowledge and experience, I am right). Well, I have mentioned the budget, and can't reduce it anyway. If you are interested, then contact me otherwise I wish you best of luck for finding a sincere but cheap(price wise only) freelancer. Hello, I can provide the working circuit. The vital component in this circuit is frequency to Voltage converter (F-V). for each frequency there will be an appropriate voltage level. based upon this voltage level we will derive the vibrators. Well, you are not answering me so I guess I am not a candidate I have more questions, but I need to know if you are serious. Amir Hey, As I asked, the audio is from a 3.5mm jack or from the speaker? How long does the vibrator need to vibrate continuesly ? Second? What is the minimum time between vibrations? P.S Super capacitor is pretty big. Hi, Who will produce the audio - file with constant frequency or human voice. Any way - I will build you a fully analog circuit to filter frequencies and output a discrete to activate a vibrator.
