Hi, I want a Print ready PDF created from Quark Express file. You need to design the whole file as PDF. PDF should have following features: - Table of contents - Items in the TOC should be linked to relevant pages. - Bookmarks - Links(URLs) should be complete if there are any. - Should be of high quality for printing. The quark express file and other details will be provided to the short listed coders. Only coders who have good experience in this field are requested to bid. Coders need to show examples of their previous work.
