I am looking for freelancer help to create a scene for Unity 4. The scene is post WW-3 interior of abandoned two-story bank. The first-floor entrance is closed by heavy doors but interior is messed up. The main safe is located on a floor below and is in good operational state. Behind the closed safe door there are safe deposit boxes with numbers.

The size of textures should not exceed 2048x2048. Model textures should contain diffuse maps, with specular information in alpha channel, and normal maps. Models with semi-transparent textures should store transparency in alpha channel.

Objects should be lo-poly with UV unwrapping. Small object expected to have less than 500 polygons, and complex ones less then 4000.

Freelancer should have experience in design of scenes /environments optimized for games (low polygon count).

Initial 3D model of the design will be provided. It needs to be textured and edited as necessary for optimal UV unwrapping, and filled with props (furniture, interior decor, daily use items, junk and such) to provide natural look.

The photographs below illustrate how this interior looked before the “war”. Designer need to adjust interior appearance for dust havoc and time.
