Digital Paper and clip art -- 3

I am looking for a graphic designer to design 100 set digital & 100 digital tags or frames. You will make the following: 100 Set of patterns, each will have 38 colours (Think of colors of the rainbow) in AI and PSD 100 set of tags or frames, each will have 38 colours in AI and PSD Will also create a sale front cover with a title so my client can see the products clearly and would want to come to my shop to buy my files( See picture attached) All artwork must be original and do not have copyright issues and will belong to me Specs as follow: FRAMES OR TAGS * 100 X 38 clip art tags or frames.
