Create a Sprite sheet for a character in a pixel art style.

Hello I am looking for some assistance finishing an asset for a game I am working on. I\'ve started the sprite sheet for the character to provide, hopefully, a starting point for my expectations for the size and style of artwork needed. As the character is asymmetrical this doubles the number of poses needed for the sprite sheet unfortunately. I am looking for about 70 additional poses. This number includes individual poses for animation series such as walking and running. I am hoping to have the project completed within about a months time with the first 16 poses or sprite panels completed after a week and an additional 16 poses done weekly there after.
