Create Photoshop macro/function to automate insert/exchange some words from csv

We are searching for Photoshop professional who is able to create an Photoshop-macro / function to automate insert/exchange some words from csv and save file with new name. The actual workflow is: -open new design ([login to view URL] with several layers) -exchange the complete text of one special layer (layer always has the same name) use same font and proportion of the placeholder text if possible, alternatively we will give information about font and font size and so on. The words you have to insert are delivered in a csv with one text per line. -save files as new .png --name it like [login to view URL] We work with a collaboration-software to manage all tasks and communication for both sides as comfortable and effective as possible. Fast-working and a smooth communication via mail and skype are very important to us, which does not mean that we want to discourage our employees from work. We do not negotiate every working hour, but expect an honest accounting. Please only Freelancer who speak and understand english or german!
