design t-shirt

Hello I need someone who has very creative mind and can design for online clothing portal and i want some one can create design unique and only accepted design will paid. we would need weekly around 20 design, it would be long term relationship and if your designs are accepted in market, you will be the stake holder of newly lauched onine portal and i need design file in .SVG format which can be easily ungrouped in corel draw for easy of printing . we will chose the color, to fit and suitable for that , you should be able to design with minimal color say at MAX 3 color can be used. Like designs should be saperate and faced to the t-shirt. Please find design attached. Thanks
