Crop Resize Optimize & Rename around 450-500 Images - repost

Have around 500 images of baseball caps in PSD format that need just a little cropping and resized so that they fit snugly within a 480 x 420 pixel web space, need optimized in RGB 24 Bit, then saved in a png format and renamed in groups (there are 2-4 photo's of each cap (each cap is a group). Pics are from several angles, Front Angled Photo, a Straight on Photo and a back photo and possibly a side photo...so example: J-FA for Front Angle, J-S for Straight, J-B for Back and J-SD for Side where J is an arbitrary assignment to the group. In event of duplicate photo's of the same cap and angle, select the best one and edit only that one. Finally, do a batch conversion to save all the images into a size fitting 160 pixels wide and save in a different folder So we will end up with 2 png images, one 480 wide and another 160. Attached please find a PSD file of a Jack Daniels Cap along with the cropping we like and expect as well as examples of the two png file sizes. In addition, we have included two additional PSD files so you can send samples of your work as this would be the standard we expect to receive. All of the 500 images are on a google drive and access will be given to the selected developer.
