Animated gif from EPS logo

I have a simple logo that I need animating for a website. I have an EPS file so that layers can easily be adjusted and the animation is fairly simple and only needs to last a few seconds. The logo will go on a website so it is imperative that filesize is kept to a minimum. The animation needed is as follows: 1. logo it’s staticfor 1 or 2 secs 2. The sound waves (4 curved white line in the purple area blink from the inside to outside, like a crotchet emitting sound 3. The sound waves spin round like a vinyl (with the arm still in place) 4. The whole thing animates like a power button - so a sort of throbbing glow Don't worry about the words - the logo can be cropped to fit the bounding area of the 'vinyl'. The background needs to be non-existent (transparent) And that just needs to loop. I done this done well and I need it done quickly! More work for the winner after completion. Please send me an example of anything vaguely similar that you have animated. I assume you'll use Photoshop but that is up to you. I DO NOT WANT FLASH!!!!!
