collect images and correct in photoshop

Two parts to this project: First part is fairly simple, but the second part requires you to be an expert in photoshop. 1) collect images from music artists from sources such as yahoo music, msn music, allmusic, or directly from artist official site. They can be CD covers (only of the latest CD releases) or images offered by the artist on his or her site where the artist's face is clearly visible. I have a specific list hereto attached of artists i need. the images should not be performance pictures (in concert) or pictures from events (such as red carpet). In order to move to phase two, i need to approve the images before you edit them in photoshop. if they are not good, we need to find other images. 2) Optimize the images: 99% of the time this will involve utilizing a combination of the brightness/contrast function and/or high-pass filter, blurring and color saturation. Also, we need to resize and crop to 150x150 pixels with 1 pixel border stroke (in black). Attached are some examples from images that were successfully modified and also those that didn't work (marked as no_go; orig refers to the original image that was modified). In order to bid for this project, please pick 2 or 3 artist from the list attached and send me a sample modification alongside the original image.
