convert psd to html , responsive design, resize accroding to screen resolution

Dear Freelancers, We are are looking for a professional or a professional team to convert some psds to html pages which requires two jquery carousel with buttons, text and images. Only expert in responsive and html 5 are recommended. Novice please do not bother to bid. The application is for a restaurant menu which is going to be built on asp. We require to convert the psds to html pages. The website is going to be used on both tablet as well as pc. So the pages should resize according to the resolution . However the buttons need some effects that will work both on the tablet and pc. For example, in carousel there is an add button , when clicked there should be an animation that shows the item has been added to the cart. More detailed information will be provided upon contact. Expert with jquery, html 5 are welcome. We do have a html created but doesnot work as we require. May be u can tweak the css to give the desired result that we want. Feel free to contact us.
