complete web shop using os commerce with graphics and logo

Need to customize os commerce to create on-line store with cms. Will need to create a logo and some graphics based on the content and images we'll provide. Also need to create an additional page for "quote cart". Quote cart will function as a shopping cart, but will not collect a payment. It will simply submit an email request with items a buyer wants to get a quote for. Quotes will be processed manually. Web site will have regular shopping cart as well and accept payments in paypal. Will have to install everything in a freehostia account and provide backups and installation instructions in the archive.
