PR CO – WEBSITE PROJECT OVERVIEW Basically the websites function is for clients and record labels to be able to send details of their new releases (singles / Albums / EPs & press release) to various journalists that they select for review. The journalists will receive an email with a link to a feedback form on the website where they are the able to view the press releases and listen to the mp3s and submit feedback. The feedback information is then returned to the client or label. They initially receive an email telling them they have feedback and then logon to their admin area on the website and view the feedback. The clients or Labels will berequired to make a payment to join and a payment to send to each publication. This will be via Paypal. There will be the option (via backend admin) to set the amount to pay the journalist for each feedback form he submits back to the client. All functions and payments will need to be fully automated.
