Dating Pro Template Modification

Dating Pro Script: I am looking for a sleek menu to be created for my current dating pro installation. The menu I am looking for must be done in CSS, transparent and look good against a black background. The menu links are all done in Smarty. All I am looking for is the header template of the members area menu to be be changed. This is not a full template change. colours required are A black background across the site (done in a gradient rather than solid) Green and white. Must be able to tweak the colours in css if required. There are some Items I wish removed from the menu So I will supply you with what I want present in the header menus. Screen shots will be provided.
