Clickatell Api to Phpfox

I will like someone to do me sms mod for phpfox using clickatell. I am using PHPFOX 1.5.1 1. I will like admin section were I will be able to give 5 free sms each month to all members. 2. I will like a feature where members will be allow to buy sms by choosing the amount of sms they want to buy and pay via Paypal or any other payment method. Please don't bid if you unsure about phpfox coding. I am tired about some programmers bidding on the project and then not delivering the service. Also if you don't have time to do it please don't bid it. MY MAX IS $50 -60
